• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser/device information, application logs, login history, feature usage and diagnostic data where generated by our systems.
• Support information: information you provide when requesting training, troubleshooting or technical assistance.

Information may be provided directly by you, entered by an authorised Finsoft client organisation, generated through use of the services, or received from integrations and service providers used to deliver requested functionality.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information for purposes such as:

• providing, operating, maintaining and supporting Finsoft;
• processing and recording loan, collection, payment and accounting-related activities on behalf of authorised client organisations;
• providing reports, schedules, receipts, statements, notices and other requested system outputs;
• sending transactional SMS, email or other service communications when enabled by the client organisation;
• responding to enquiries, support requests and service issues;
• administering user access, permissions, security and fraud/abuse prevention;
• monitoring system reliability, diagnosing technical problems and improving functionality;
• meeting legal, regulatory, audit, accounting and contractual obligations; and
• protecting the rights, systems and security of Finsoft, Kireeti Soft, our clients and users.

5. Lawful Processing and Client Responsibilities

We process personal data where there is an appropriate legal basis or permitted purpose under applicable law. Where a client organisation uses Finsoft to manage information relating to its borrowers, members, customers, employees or agents, the client organisation is responsible for ensuring that it has the required authority, notices, consents or other lawful basis for placing and using that information in Finsoft.

Depending on the particular service and contractual arrangement, Kireeti Soft may process personal data on the instructions of a client organisation.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose or make information available only where reasonably necessary, including:

• to authorised personnel of the relevant Finsoft client organisation;
• to service providers supporting hosting, communications, security, maintenance or other requested functionality;
• to payment gateway providers where a payment feature is used;
• to professional advisers, auditors or consultants subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• where required by applicable law, regulation, court order or lawful government request; or
• where necessary to protect legal rights, safety, systems, users or prevent misuse.

7. Third-Party Payment Gateways and Integrations

Finsoft may connect with third-party payment gateways or other external services. Payment providers may collect or process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Kireeti Soft does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties. Users should review the relevant provider’s privacy terms before completing a transaction.

Retention periods may also be determined by the relevant Finsoft client organisation where Kireeti Soft processes information on its behalf.

Subject to applicable law and the role of the relevant client organisation, you may be able to request:

• correction, completion or updating of inaccurate information;
• erasure of information where legally permitted;
• withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent; and

If your information was provided to Finsoft by a bank, NBFC, finance company or other organisation, we may direct your request to that organisation where it is the appropriate party to respond.

The Finsoft website or services may use essential cookies, session technologies, logs or similar technical mechanisms needed for security, authentication, performance and functionality.
